Delete your account

Family Wayfinder is designed to let signed-in adults request permanent account deletion in the Android app. If you cannot access the app, use the protected request form below.

Delete from the Android app

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Open Account & Data.
  3. Select Delete Account.
  4. Read the consequences, verify your identity, and confirm.

If the app is unavailable

Submit the protected deletion request form using the email associated with the account. We may request reasonable verification before deletion to protect the account from unauthorized requests.

What deletion means

The account will lose access to its Family Circle and associated account-linked service data will be deleted or de-identified, subject to necessary security, legal, backup, and fraud-prevention retention. Deleting the app from a phone does not by itself delete the account.
